I wouldn't be surprised to find that said convicted 19 yr old dude popped off or made some stupid comment just before the spitting occured. Doesn't make it right either way but I honestly hope this doesn't overturn things. Some folks around here could really use a legal or... dare I say... illegal ass whoopin. Where's Batman when ya need him?
